Project Description

As the first purpose-built facility introduced under the brand’s own identity, the project marks a significant milestone in its growth. Strategically located in Negombo, midway between Colombo and the airport, the building serves as a central hub offering a comprehensive range of services — optical, dental, and hearing care — all within one fully equipped complex.

Sited on a narrow plot with maximum road frontage, the design is oriented directly toward the main thoroughfare to ensure high visibility and accessibility. The architectural composition employs generous glazing to enhance transparency and visual connection between interior spaces and the exterior streetscape. A vertical feature façade adds depth and identity to the structure while acting as a sun-shading element, reducing solar heat gain and improving comfort within the building.

Internally, a central staircase connects all floors, encouraging vertical interaction and efficient movement throughout the facility. The result is a modern, context-responsive building that reflects the brand’s progressive outlook while thoughtfully addressing site constraints, climate, and visibility along this prominent urban corridor.
