Project Description

Designed for the LOLC Finance HR division within the J.E.W Congress premises, the new office space was shaped through warmth, precision, and focus.It is set within a compact footprint inside a building originally designed by the State Engineering Corporation where the interior responds to the existing precast roof beams, floors, and columns by working with its structural rhythm rather than against it. Strong architectural lines were used to enhance clarity and reduce visual noise, allowing the space to feel structured, open, and visually balanced at the same time. Clean lines, textured surfaces, and controlled lighting maximize comfort throughout the office, while exposed ceiling beams, linear workstations, and layered partitions establish rhythm and direction across the interior.A restrained palette of warm timber, muted tones, and deep red accents introduces character without overwhelming the environment, while glass divisions maintain openness and natural light flow across the floor.
